Why take this test?
You want a thorough check that covers common everyday vegetables
You want to check your intolerance levels
You want to see how your eating habits may be affecting your health and lifestyle
You want an easy and convenient way to check the main food risks that may be affecting you
As vegetables are so dominant in our daily food intake, it is easy to overlook the signs of an intolerance. It is also quite common to not think about vegetables when it comes to intolerances as it is the healthiest form of food that we can have. Intolerances and allergies to vegetables are surprisingly more common than one may think, we sometimes mistake our reactions being triggered by allergens like gluten, fish, meats and dairy, when it actually could be a vegetable. Our vegetable test covers avocado, celery, aubergine, peppers, potato, spinach, and many more. If you are noticing a common recurrence of symptoms such as digestive issues and skin problems after eating a range of vegetables, this test will help you identify exactly which vegetable is causing you problems.
